Job description

Lakes Region Community Services, a non-profit social services agency, is currently hiring for part time In Home Care Service Providers and Personal Care Service Providers to provide individuals with the assistance and/or non personal care as outlined by the plan of care. We have the following openings;
  • Part-time in Belknap County, Grafton County, and Sullivan County

Essential Job functions for include:
1) Provide assistance with light housekeeping, which shall include:
  • Dusting
  • Vacuuming
  • Sweeping
  • Cleaning the kitchen and bathroom
  • Errands such as going to the pharmacy, the post office, or the library
  • Meal Planning and preparation
  • Cooking and storing food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Shopping for groceries, clothing, and other items requested by the individual
  • Laundry which includes washing, drying, ironing, and putting away clothes

2) Provide supervision with daily living activities such as personal care, and socialization

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.Valid NH Drivers' license, reliable vehicle, and agency-determined minimal motor vehicle insurance coverage are required.
