Amigo Care ABA is seeking caring, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in the Bel Air area. This position provides one-on-one support to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
Whether you are experienced in ABA or exploring a career working with children, we provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and opportunities for professional growth.

Training & Career Development

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one ABA services in the client's home
- Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Record and maintain accurate session documentation
- Support skill development in communication, social interaction, behavior, and daily living activities
- Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision meetings
- Build positive and professional relationships with clients and caregivers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Spanish/English bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work independently and follow clinical guidance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children and supporting families
Work Location
Services are provided in client homes throughout the Bel Air area.
Applicants should be able to reliably commute to assigned client locations.
