Description
Are you skilled at connecting with people and looking to gain a new experience in a private practice setting? PCDV is in search of an enthusiastic and dedicated Pre-licensed Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LAPC, LSW) possessing skills working with adolescents/teens and/or couples.
This is a part-time in-person position in our Broomall office requiring evening and weekend work. The ideal candidate would be someone in need of supervisory hours as they work towards full state licensure.
We offer ample administrative and supervision support through collaboration with other licensed professionals. Sick time is offered if maintaining 10-15 clients a week, which is assessed on a quarterly basis. Responsibilities
โ€ข Provide 45-60 minute therapy sessions for clients in the office and virtually
โ€ข Utilize interventions suitable for adolescents, and/or family systems
โ€ข Regularly maintain up-to-date documentation and practice policies
โ€ข Engage with other licensed professionals in-house for clinical feedback, collaboration, or supervision
Qualifications
โ€ข Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or other human services-related field
โ€ข At least 1 year of experience working with adolescents, and/or families
โ€ข Knowledge of play therapy techniques and theoretical approaches
โ€ข Fluent with basic technology and electronic communication
