This role offers room for growth within the Facilities and Operations team as DSRT SURF continues to evolve.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work safely in active operational environments
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in fast paced environments
  • OSHA, maintenance, pool, aquatics, HVAC, electrical, or mechanical certifications are a plus
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in physically active environments
  • Stoke

Who You Are

  • Youโ€™re curious, positive, and excited to help build something unique from the ground up.
  • You enjoy hands on work, solving problems, and supporting the overall operation behind the scenes.
  • Youโ€™re dependable, adaptable, and willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team.
  • You take pride in keeping environments clean, safe, operational, and guest ready.

Current Work Environment

DSRT SURF is currently operating from an active construction and development site as we prepare for opening. Team members may occasionally work around construction activity, dust, noise, uneven surfaces, machinery, and changing operational environments.

Appropriate footwear and adherence to all company safety guidelines will be required while on site. Work boots and other safety related attire may be required during this phase of development.

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and temperature conditions

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality and construction adjacent environment

Schedule Expectations

This is a full time or part time, in person position. Scheduling needs and hours may vary based on operational demands, construction timelines, projects, maintenance priorities, and opening needs. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime, or on call shifts may be required based on operational needs.

Why DSRT SURF

This is an opportunity to help build something from the ground up where hospitality meets surf culture in a way that hasnโ€™t been done before. Youโ€™ll play an important role in supporting the operational readiness, safety, and functionality of the property from day one.
