The Hours
The hours for this position are 9 AM - 2 PM, Monday - Friday. This is a part-time position.
The Pay
The Part-Time Receptionist position pays $17.50/hour.
The Location
We are located at 51 Scarborough Lane, Milford, NH. This position is onsite.
Additional Job Details
  • Acts as first point of contact for in-person guests for the New Hampshire plant
  • Acts as first point of contact by managing a multi-line phone system for both New Hampshire and Ohio plants
  • Manages visitor check-ins by using and maintaining an electronic check-in system
  • Maintains daily statistics on call and visitor volume
  • Orders, maintains, and stocks office and coffee supplies
  • Distributes and sorts mail daily
  • Performs various clerical duties as needed, such as: filing, photocopying, preparing Microsoft Word documents and Excel Spreadsheets
  • Provides support for ad-hoc project and event planning work

Education required:
  • High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
    Range of Experience:
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience is a plus; will consider combination of experience and education
