We’re a small but mighty nonprofit healthcare organization looking for a welcoming, organized, and reliable Front Desk Rockstar to join our team!


In this role, you’ll be the first friendly face our patients see - and the calm voice on the phone when they call. You'll help create a smooth, supportive experience for everyone walking through our doors.


What You’ll Do:

  • Greet patients with warmth and manage appointment scheduling
  • Handle phone calls, messages, and voicemails like a pro
  • Keep patient info up-to-date and confidential (HIPAA matters!)
  • Post payments and support daily front office operations
  • Be an essential part of our team with a focus on excellent patient care

What You’ll Get:

  • $15–$17/hour, paid biweekly
  • Medical, Dental, Vision + 401(k) with 2% match
  • 14 days PTO + 5 days Wellness Leave per year + 11 Paid Holidays
  • Full Time, Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5pm, closed 12–1 for lunch)
