Location: Ocracoke, NC | Clinic Hours: Mondayโ€“Friday, 8amโ€“5pm

What Youโ€™ll Do as an LPN:

  • Assist with physical assessments and collect lab specimens.
  • Administer medications and basic treatments as prescribed.
  • Support providers with exams, procedures, and minor clinical tasks.
  • Educate patients on wellness practices and clearly communicate physician instructions.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with infection control and confidentiality standards.
  • Accurately chart assessments, interventions, and test results in Athena (EMR)
Requirements:

What You Bring:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Active LPN license in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience; clinic or community health experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in blood draws and medication dosage calculation.
  • A calm, confident presence and the ability to act in emergencies.

Full-Time Pay and Benefits:

  • Pay: $23.00 โ€“ $25.50 per hour (based on experience)
  • Time Off: 14 days PTO, up to 5 days wellness leave, and 13 paid holidays
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and EAP coverage
  • Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, 8amโ€“5pm (with a lunch break 12โ€“1)
