Old Toccoa Farm is looking for a Security officer/Gate Attendant or Roamer who can deliver an exceptional customer service experience while maintaining a safe and secure environment for our prestigious community. We are accepting applications for gatehouse security officers in the Mineral Bluff area!

Currently, we need reliable security officers to handle gatehouse operations for an upscale residential community. The gatehouse security officer will be responsible for controlling access to the community, using security software.

Shifts Available:

  • Holidays/Weekends Required hours that you will need to be available 5:00 PM -7:00 AM (not all at once but we do work 12 Hour Shifts)

Job description:

  • Job Duties for Security Officers:
  • Acknowledge and greet all guests with utmost courtesy and urgency, moving out from behind the door to assist guests
  • Process visitors and announce their presence to residents/owners/offices
  • Check Identification, and ensure proper authorization is granted prior to giving access.
  • Monitor CCTV and back gate
  • Maintains awareness and familiarity with the site-specific operations
  • Nightly rounds of the property


Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Reliable transportation
  • Professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and deal with competing priorities
  • Basic computer skills
  • Security experience, law enforcement, and military experience is a plus
