Norton Community Medical Associates, the primary care practice arm of Norton Medical Group, is recruiting for primary care physicians to join its team of over 400 medical providers specializing in family medicine, internal medicine, internal medicine/pediatrics and urgent care.

We have over 50 locations throughout Greater Louisville, including practices in Southern Indiana and surrounding communities.
Norton Medical Group, a part of Norton Healthcare in Louisville, Kentucky, continues to expand to meet the health care needs of residents in Greater Louisville. By far the largest network of employed medical providers in the area, Norton Medical Group operates a highly successful employment model that provides for the business operation of its practices, allowing physicians to focus on quality care for patients.
About the Positions
  • $60,000 sign-on bonus in addition to a $100,000 recruitment incentive for residents or a $60,000 retention bonus for experienced candidates

The physician is responsible for recording a detailed medical history of each patient in the electronic medical record, including, but not limited to, chief complaint, present condition, individual history, and family history. Performing appropriate physical examination of each patient. Analyzing reports and/or findings of tests and personal examinations in order to assess the medical condition of the patient, including diagnosing the patient's injury or illness and formulating a prognosis.
