When customers call, message us, or stop by, you'll greet them with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.We are looking for someone who is friendly, poised, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to listen, communicate clearly, and provide compassionate support to pet parents who have high expectations for exceptional service.Your day will include:Welcoming clients and explaining our servicesChecking pets in and out, collecting accurate information, and handling necessary paperworkEscorting dogs to and from lobby areas during drop-off and pick-upAnswering phones with professionalism and excellent phone etiquetteManaging multiple tasks at once while staying organized and efficientMaintaining clear communication with our pet care team and pet parentsProviding Disney- and Chewy-level customer service to every client interactionThis role is ideal for someone who:Is outgoing, friendly, and professionalHas strong emotional intelligence and communication skillsRetains important details shared during conversationsEnjoys helping people and serving othersCan work both independently and as part of a teamIs goal-oriented, motivated, and self-sufficientWork Schedule & Shift DetailsWe are hiring for roles at both of our locations, each with slightly different schedules.Hershey Road Location (Daycare & Training)Morning shifts:Part-Time: 6:15 AM – 10:15 AMFull-Time: 6:15 AM – 2:15 PMEvening shifts:Part-Time: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PMFull-Time: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PMSome Sundays from May through September will be required to support Splashpad rentals.Milton Grove Road Location (Overnight Lodging)Morning shifts:Part-Time: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AMFull-Time: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PMEvening shifts:Part-Time: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PMFull-Time: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PMThis location requires the ability to work:Every other weekend (non-negotiable)Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMSundays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMSome holidaysWhat We're Looking ForStrong phone and customer service skillsExcellent spelling, grammar, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and stay organizedBasic computer proficiencyProfessional and friendly demeanorStrong attention to detailBasic dog handling skillsExperience in a pet boarding or dog daycare facility is a plus, but not required. Team members must be able to stand for extended periods and demonstrate the ability to sit, bend, twist, carry, or lift up to 50 lbs. This role requires regular use of phones and/or headsets, typing and writing, and clear vision to read printed materials and computer screens. Hearing and speech are required for effective communication in person and over the phone.Safely handling dogs of all sizes is an essential part of the position and may include managing dogs that pull or jump.
