The kitchen is small and we try to maximize the space as best we can with really tasty homemade food. Days typically range from mid morning in to early evening. No more super late nights as we close at 8:30, but we do we require night time and weekend availabiltiy.

The ideal candidate will be able self motivate, fill out and follow a prep list, and execute the food according to the recipes.

Duties will include:

knife prep work
