As a valued member of our RPN team, you will provide care to residents in accordance with the standards of practice and offer leadership and guidance to the personal care staff. This position is for our Arbour Heights Home, located in Kingston, ON.
Available opportunities include: Part-Time- 30 hours biweekly 3-11pm shift, and part time Behavioural support 37.5 hours biweekly 10-6pm shift
What you'll be doing

  • Develop, implement, review and evaluate resident care plans
  • Provide leadership to personal care staff by planning, directing, supervising and evaluating their work
  • Assist in orienting and training new team members
