Job description

About Us

Canyon Pain Center has been serving our community for over a decade. In that time, we've built a reputation for compassionate, comprehensive pain management care and a practice culture that providers genuinely enjoy being part of. Our team is collaborative, our environment is warm and welcoming, and our patients are at the center of everything we do. We believe that when providers feel supported, patients receive better care, and we've structured our practice around that belief.

We're now looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team immediately.

The Role

As a Nurse Practitioner at Canyon Pain Center, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day care of our pain management patients. You'll see patients on a consistent three-day weekly schedule, giving you the stability of regular clinical work with the flexibility of a true part-time position. This is an excellent fit for a provider who wants meaningful, ongoing patient relationships without a five-day grind.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
  • Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our clinical team
  • Perform patient assessments, follow-ups, and medication management
  • Document visits efficiently in Elation EMR
  • Communicate with patients, families, and referring providers with professionalism and compassion

What We Offer:

  • Consistent part-time schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday each week
  • Competitive pay
  • A supportive, positive work environment where you're never left to figure things out alone
  • An established practice with over 10 years of history and a loyal patient base
  • Elation EMR, a modern, intuitive charting system that keeps documentation simple
  • Experienced staff support so you can focus on patient care
  • Immediate hire with a fast, straightforward onboarding process

Required Credentials:

  • Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona
  • License in good standing with no disciplinary restrictions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in pain management, primary care, or a related specialty
  • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
  • A patient-first mindset and a collaborative working style

Why Canyon Pain Center?

Because after more than ten years in practice, we know what makes a clinic a great place to work: respect, support, stability, and a team that has your back. If that sounds like the environment you've been looking for, we'd love to meet you.

Apply today. Immediate start available.
