Description:

PART-TIME POSITION ONLY โ€” This role is not full-time and is not eligible for full-time hours or expansion beyond part-time status.

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, patient-focused Massachusetts-certified Paramedic with Interfacility Transport (IFT) certification to join our team in a structured, part-time-only role. This position is dedicated exclusively to non-emergency, interfacility transports, offering a predictable schedule and consistent workload. The Paramedic will work closely with a Basic EMT partner (driver), providing clinical direction and on-the-job guidance as needed.

Compensation & Schedule

  • $50.00 per hour
  • Part-time only
  • Flexible days and shift hours
  • No overnight shifts

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality patient care during interfacility transports
  • Perform patient assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation
  • Ensure safe transport, including proper use of equipment and patient handling
  • Provide clear direction, support, and real-time instruction to a Massachusetts-certified EMT (Basic) partner serving as the driver
  • Foster a collaborative, respectful working environment with EMT partners
  • Communicate effectively with sending and receiving facilities
  • Adhere to all Massachusetts OEMS regulations and company protocols
  • Maintain professionalism and a patient-first approach at all times
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Current Massachusetts Paramedic certification
  • IFT (Interfacility Transport) certification required
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with acceptable driving record
  • Current BLS and ACLS (PALS preferred)
  • Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, guide, and work effectively with EMT-B partners
  • Proven reliability and ability to work within a set part-time schedule

What This Role Offers

  • Flexible scheduling with no overnight requirement
  • Focused, non-911 work environment
  • Competitive hourly rate
  • Opportunity to lead and support EMT partners in patient care delivery
  • Ideal for clinicians seeking a strictly part-time, consistent role without additional shift obligations

If you are a Massachusetts-certified Paramedic with IFT experience who values teamwork, leadership, and a clearly defined part-time schedule, we encourage you to apply.
