Shift: 12-hour shifts, part-time nights, 7pm-7am, 2 out of 6 weekends
  • Clerical Associate - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
    Make a difference from day one. Join our collaborative Level III NICU team and play a vital role in supporting the care of our smallest patients and their families.
    What You'll Do
    As a Clerical Associate, you'll help keep our fast-paced unit running smoothly by:
    • Coordinating daily unit operations and communication
    • Supporting nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
    • Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff
    • Managing communication systems and ensuring accurate, timely information is shared
