Part-Time HVAC Service Coordinator

Charlotte, NC

$21.50 - $27.00 per hour

We are a busy HVAC company in the Charlotte area currently seeking a dependable Part-Time HVAC Service Coordinator to help support our service operations.

This part-time role offers up to 30 hours per week and includes Saturday shifts. It's a great fit for someone who is highly organized, enjoys helping customers, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Schedule: Part-time position, up to 30 hours per week (includes Saturdays)

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate technician schedules and dispatch calls efficiently
  • Arrange follow-up appointments for customers when parts arrive
  • Manage technician on-call rotations
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service information
  • Provide clear updates to customers about scheduling and service timelines
  • Collaborate with field technicians, managers, and support staff
  • Assist with invoice preparation and service documentation
