EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-Time | W2 | In-Person
HOURS: 5–25 hrs/week
COMPENSATION:
$45-$135 per hour or $65k-115k+ per year, working 15-25 hours per week
25% commission on product sales (herbs, supplements, topicals)
Note: Product commission earnings are additional
AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
Tuesday 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM (5 hrs)
Thursday 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM (5 hrs)
Saturday 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (5 hrs)
Flexibility to add shifts as the practice grows.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver high-quality acupuncture treatments using a variety of modalities (needling, cupping, moxibustion, acupressure, gua sha)
- Provide herbal and supplement guidance; recommend clinic products
- Document patient care thoroughly in our EHR system
- Educate and engage patients with clarity and compassion
- Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive clinic culture
QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensing & Credentials (Required):
- Active state acupuncture license in good standing
- NCCAOM certification or equivalent board passage
- CPR & First Aid certification (current)
- Graduate of an ACAOM-accredited program (MSOM, MSTOM, or DAOM)
Skills & Qualities (Required):
- Comfortable with EHR documentation and digital tools
- Strong patient retention and communication skills
- Proficiency with multiple modalities including herbal medicine
- Teachable, ego-free, and committed to team success
Preferred:
- Herbal medicine certification (e.g., NCCAOM Diplomate in Oriental
Medicine or equivalent)

- A natural connector — you find patient interaction energizing, not draining
- Calm, professional, and emotionally mature
- Comfortable flowing at a focused pace of up to 3 patients per hour
