Description
DESCRIPTION:
Greet guests in a quick, efficient and courteous manner. Provide exceptional customer service to each and every guest. Take and fill food and drink orders. Accepts and closes out guests receipt. Assist in clearing tables, monitors product and services, and performs other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prefer six (6) months experience in high volume full service restaurant.
Must have basic math skills and familiarity with POS computer systems.
Experience in self-banking counting money preferred.
Must be able to multi-task.
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be able to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends.
Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
Must be able to lift, maneuver, and carry up to 15 pounds on a repetitive basis. Must be able to carry and maneuver a food tray.
Must be able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery to do what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction; deal with service failures and prioritize customer needs.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
Requirements
Mus be able to work Swing shift to closing hours.
