University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team in Livonia, MI. Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care and assessment to hospice patients in their homes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Educate patients and family members on care techniques, symptom management, and disease progression.
