We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Hospice Physician to join our well-established interdisciplinary team. This is more than just a typical job in healthcare - it's a true opportunity to make a profound difference in the lives of patients and their loved ones during their time of greatest need. The Hospice Physician must be a strong leader, be comfortable with bedside care for highly symptomatic patients, and most importantly, support a culture of trust and collaboration amongst all hospice disciplines in order to ensure the best possible outcomes for all.
Providence Hospice Oregon is part of an integrated Home and Community Services program which collaborates with Home Health, Palliative Medicine, Geriatrics as well as hospital-based practitioners to care for patients and their families.

Providence Home Hospice has four service locations with an average daily census of 450 patients. As one of the first programs of its kind in the region and a community leader in health care, Home Hospice is connected to five Providence hospitals in the Portland metro area. Its providers, registered nurses, chaplains, social workers and other team members provide everything from pain control and comfort care to emotional, social and spiritual support for patients and their support networks.
