As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and developing individualized care plans. You will also collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to create a comprehensive care plan that meets the unique needs of each patient. Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and developing individualized care plans
