Position Summary
We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to provide timely, professional support to our customers through email and occasional inbound phone calls. This is an in-person position for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email.
  • Answer occasional inbound customer phone calls and provide exceptional service.
  • Resolve customer concerns, order issues, shipping inquiries, and product questions.
  • Partner with the Fulfillment team to prioritize rush orders and resolve order-related issues.
  • Investigate shipping delays, damaged packages, and order discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document all customer interactions.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other computer applications to track orders and customer requests.
  • Meet established response time expectations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned.
