Job description

We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) in Los Angeles CA area.
EAST LA, SOUTH LA, SOUTHBAY/WEST LA, El MONTE, MONTEREY PARK, ALHAMBRA, SAN GABRIEL VALLEY, WEST COVINA, AND ALL SURROUNDING AREAS.-- 
PAY IS $130-170 PER SOC VISIT DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

SPANISH / MANDARIN / CANTONESE/ SPEAKER HIGHLY PREFFERED

****Immediate Interviews with ASAP Start****  NO NEW GRADS- PREVIOUS HH EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Requirements:

  • Availability of at least two days per week. Schedule visits at your convenience!
  • Reliable transportation, current driver’s license, auto insurance, physical exam and TB test within last 3 months
  • At least one year experience with direct patient care
  • Able to perform basic wound care, blood draw, and catheter care
Responsibilities & Skills:

Provide health care services in patients residence:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition
  • Assist with activities of daily living for patients
  • Maintain patients care records and document provided services
  • OASIS documentation and charting per Medicare/CDPH and company guidelines
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust patient care plans
  • Educate patients and their families on health management
  • Wound care/wound vacs/be able to assess what type of wound care patient may need.
  • I.V administration- MIDLINE, PIV, PICC, TPN
  • TUBE CARE(G-TUBE, J-TUBE, ALL TYPES)
  • CATHETERS
  • NAPHROSTOMY CARE (ALL OSTOMY CARE)
  • Proven working experience as home health RN with the skill of thoroughly assessing what disciplines patient may need.
  • Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
  • Proficiency in English
