FirstLantic Healthcare is seeking a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant, you’ll provide personal care and companionship to clients in their homes. You’ll help them maintain safety, dignity, and independence under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and the Director of Nursing.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide personal care and companionship to clients in their homes
  • Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping)
  • Offer emotional support and meaningful conversation
  • Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or walks
  • Observe and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse
  • Remind clients to take self-administered medications
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
  • Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times
Qualifications
  • Applicant must be available Saturday and Sunday 
  • Must have reliable Transportation
  • Current CNA license or HHA certification (75+ hours of approved training, including 40 hours of home health aide training)
  • CPR certification and valid health certificate
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional
  • Reliable transportation to and from client homes
  • Ability to safely assist with lifting and transfers
