PRN Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Are you an experienced Home Health RN looking for a part-time position that offers flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful one-on-one patient care?
Elara Caring is seeking a compassionate PRN Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. This role is ideal for an RN who understands home health operations, can work independently, and values building meaningful relationships with patients and families. PRN scheduling is available, but dependable and consistent availability is required (whether that is 4 hours/week or 12 hours/week).
