What You’ll Do:

  • Provide Armed Security for clients, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
  • Monitor Security Systems, conduct regular patrols, and respond to incidents swiftly and professionally.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service, representing ARDENT Protection with respect and care in every interaction.
  • Uphold Industry Standards as part of our broader mission to transform the security industry through professionalism and integrity.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current Armed Security License (required)
  • Previous Security Experience (1 year preferred), especially in high-risk environments, is a plus.
  • Strong de-escalation skills
  • Excellent report writing
  • Ability to conduct extensive foot patrols
  • CCTV review proficiency

Sunday: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (8 hrs)
Monday: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (8 hrs)
Tuesday: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (8 hrs)
Wednesday: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM (4 hrs)
Total: 28 Hours
Position 2
Wednesday: 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM (4 hrs)
Thursday: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (8 hrs)
Friday: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (8 hrs)
Saturday: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (8 hrs)

Responsibilities
  • Observe and report suspicious activities and persons
  • Follow directions of supervisors and managers
  • Respond to alarms and security related incidents
  • Write incident reports and maintain daily logs
  • Provide needed assistance to customers, co-workers, and client management
  • Follow all Company Rules and Regulations

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have your own firearm and necessary personal security equipment
  • Valid Florida D and G License
  • 1 years of Armed Security Experience or
  • Previous Military/ Law Enforcement experience acceptable
  • In-depth understanding of legal guidelines for Security Officers licensed in Florida
  • Experience writing clear and detailed reports.
  • Trained in First Aid/BLS and basic self-defense desirable
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Strong communication, conflict management, and customer service skills
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand on feet for extended time periods
