Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG welding on custom metal products according to specifications and drawings.
  • Weld, fabricate, and assemble metal components with precision and attention to quality.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measuring tools.
  • Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify defects and ensure quality standards.
  • Operate welding equipment and related fabrication tools safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
Qualifications
  • Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment required.
  • Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and shop drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Experience with custom metal fabrication is a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing and welding environment.
Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Employees must wear appropriate welding PPE, including:

  • Arm guards
  • Welding apron
  • Welding gloves
  • Welding face mask/helmet
  • Additional safety equipment as required by company policy

Pay Details: $24.00 to $23.00 per hour
