Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Employment Specialist to work directly with individuals at their job sites in Waterbury and Southbury, Connecticut. This role is ideal for someone seeking a few hours a week during the day who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of those with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site support and guidance to individuals with disabilities at their job sites.
  • Assist with job tasks, ensure a smooth integration into the workplace, and address any challenges that arise.
