How do part-time healthcare professionals typically balance their work schedules with other commitments?

Part-time healthcare professionals often manage flexible or variable shifts, which can make balancing work with personal or educational commitments more achievable. Effective time management, clear communication with supervisors about availability, and a willingness to be flexible are key to making part-time healthcare roles successful.
