Depending on their training (Law 90), they may also perform certain delegated activities in support of the nursing team. Main responsibilities: Assisting users in activities of daily living (ADLs): hygiene, food, mobility. Ensuring the comfort, safety and well-being of users. Observe the general condition and report any changes to the nursing team. Apply infection prevention and control (IPC) protocols. To offer respectful and caring support. Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. ASSS (Law 90 – if applicable): Administer certain medications according to established protocols. Perform authorized invasive care. Monitor health parameters (blood sugar, vital signs, etc.). Document the interventions in the user's file. Requirements: DEP in personal assistance in institutions and at home (PAB) or ASSS training (Law 90). Experience in long-term care facilities, private seniors' residences, home care or hospital settings (an asset). CPR/first aid training (an asset). Good physical condition.
