Required Schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

A Day in the Life โ€“ Healthcare Center Server

With a resident-first mindset and a heart for service, you will:

  • Warmly greet residents and guests, creating a friendly and inviting dining environment

  • Ensure residentsโ€™ comfort, safety, preferences, and dietary needs are respected throughout meal service

  • Take food and beverage orders carefully and accurately, including special requests and dietary requirements

  • Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally while ensuring proper presentation, temperature, and dietary compliance

  • Anticipate residentsโ€™ needs by offering refills, checking in regularly, pre-bussing tables, and providing attentive service

  • Build positive relationships with residents through meaningful conversation and compassionate, respectful interactions

  • Respond to questions, concerns, and special requests quickly and courteously

  • Prepare the dining area for each meal by setting tables, rolling silverware, stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized environment

  • Support light food preparation and service tasks, including beverage station and expo setup

  • Collaborate with culinary, nursing, and dining team members to ensure safe and efficient meal service

  • Follow HACCP guidelines, including proper labeling and dating, first-in-first-out rotation, handwashing, glove use, and temperature controls
