Requirements
PRIMARY FUNCTION/PURPOSE
The psychologist will review and provide feedback on psychological or psychoeducational assessment reports weekly, ensure accuracy, clarity, and clinical relevance in written reports. Supervise and support psychological diagnosticians and other mental health practitioners, providing guidance and clinical oversight. Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain high standards of assessment and documentation. Attend occasional team meetings or case consultations (virtually or in person, as needed. Maintain appropriate licensure and uphold ethical and professional standards in all work
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise diagnosticians and other mental health practitioners as needed.
  • Review and edit and coordinate completion of psychological tests.
  • Expectation of 10 to 20 psychological reports completed per week.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Doctoral Degree or Higher; license required after 6 months of employment.
  • To be considered for this position, candidates should have experience minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed.
  • Bilingual and Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus.

  • Credentialed in the state of Texas as: Licensed Psychologist

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2+ years of experience in related field
  • AdvancedMD EMR software
  • Proficient in clerical/administrative skills, including Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Ability to work effectively with people of diverse cultures, ages, and economic backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving skills, good judgment, and attention to detail
  • Attendance and punctuality are necessary for this position
  • Reliable and high-speed internet connection (for any remote sessions)
