Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients to understand what they need to protect what matters most to them.

Review existing insurance policies to identify gaps in coverage and provide thoughtful recommendations.

Prepare personalized quotes and walk clients through their options without the pressure of a hard sale.

Document client interactions accurately within our database to ensure a seamless service experience.

Collaborate with the rest of the McKee Agency team to share success stories and refine our outreach strategy.


Requirements

Property and Casualty insurance license for the state of Texas is required.

Strong comfort level with computers and learning new digital tools.

Clear and engaging communication style for phone and email interactions.

Previous experience working in a customer-facing sales role.

Ability to work from our Dallas office location a few days a week.

High school diploma or equivalent.
