  • Perform high-quality home repair and maintenance projects across multiple trades
  • Represent TruBlue in customers' homes — clear communication, respectful conduct, clean work
  • Walk customers through completed work, take before-and-after photos, and document jobs accurately
  • Diagnose issues and propose the right solution for the customer
  • Maintain your tools and job materials in clean, professional condition
