Overnight Janitorial / Custodian (Part-Time) - Tails Pet Resort
Location: Las Vegas, NV (Northwest / Centennial Hills)

Las Vegas, NV 89130
Job Type: Part-Time (20-25hrs/week)
Shift: Overnight (approx. 6:00PM/7:00 PM - 3:00/4:00 AM)
Pay: $16 - $20 / hour (based on experience). Biweekly.

The Role
We're hiring a dependable, detail-driven Overnight Custodian to keep our facility clean, sanitized, and ready for the next day's operation.
You'll work independently, so we're looking for someone we can count on to get the job done right without anyone looking over their shoulder.
What We're Looking For
  • Reliable and punctual - we're trusting you with the facility overnight
  • Strong attention to detail; you take pride in a job done right
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable around dogs (no direct handling required, but you'll be in a dog-filled environment)
  • Able to lift up to 80 lbs and stay on your feet for the full, overnight shift
  • Prior cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience is a plus - but not required. We'll train the right person.
  • Handyman skills- the ability to fix, install, or repair is a huge bonus!

What You'll Do
  • Deep clean and sanitize suites, play yards, indoor pens, and common areas
  • Mop, vacuum, and sweep floors; wipe down walls, windows, frames, and corners
  • Operate cleaning equipment (Versa and Kaivac machines - training provided)
  • Run laundry: wash, dry, fold, and sort towels, blankets, and dog belongings
  • Restock supplies and prep the facility for the next morning's open
  • Handle dishwashing and sanitizing of food/water bowls
  • Take out trash and keep waste areas clean and sealed
  • Follow our cleaning and sanitization SOPs to keep every space guest-ready
