Full-time or Part-time Worship Leader for Sunday morning worship.

We are currently looking to hire an anointed, gifted/talented Worship Leader for full-time or part-time position under a good working conditions and compensations. Preferably, a born-again Christian with worship. A person who is mentally and spiritually matured, friendly, outgoing, clean, presentable, confident, a teachable spirit, willing to learn new things and grow in the Lord-fully committed and connected to Jesus Christ 100%, to take our worship ministry and healing crusades to another level locally, nationally and globally. A great working environment, a beautiful church and friendly people, beautiful office settings for employees etc.

  • A born-again believer, fully committed and connected to Christ 100%, living a holy lifestyle.
  • Exceptionally talented and gifted vocally, able to sing any song at ease with an angelic voice.
  • Confident on stage, and off stage and with a free flow of the Holy Spirit during worship or Crusades
  • A worship leader with some administrative skills and office work experience is a big plus for a full-time position. Another big plus for a Worship Leader with some musical experience on keys, guitar, drums, other instruments, and/or sound etc.
  • Talented and anointed in other areas useful for Kingdom and Church building.
  • A multi-tasking team player with high energy, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude
  • An outgoing leader ready to do anything short of sin to reach people who don’t know Christ.
  • A confident leader with 2+ years of fruitful experience in a worship team, or able to lead for the first time with confidence and boldness.

Job Duties //

  • Lead rehearsals twice a week, plan, organize, and spiritually lead Sunday 10am worship/healing service and Thursday 7pm Bible Study and prayer meeting.
  • Recruit and train gifted and talented volunteers to join the worship team.
  • Work with the Pastor, media/tech/production team to design spirit-filled worship services every week.
  • Discover new talents from other parts of the city for the growth of the worship team.
  • Provide ongoing training for up-and-coming team members, with an emphasis on worshiping God in truth and in the Spirit.
  • Effective planning, training and organize worship practices to meet expectation.
  • The worship leader must be a visionary who is creative in leading the worship team and church family in authentic worship to God through a wide genre of music styles, including contemporary and gospel music
  • Able to sing 90% contemporary music and 10% Gospel. We use multitrack for most of other songs.

AN IDEAL CANDIDATE BUT NOT LIMITED TO//

  • A very strong relationship with Christ, and not living a sinful lifestyle. Has good reputation before God and man. Lives above reproach.
  • Able to use multitrack without instruments or drums. A versatile leader and flexible to adopt at any time.
  • Able to lead worship or a healing crusade single handedly without a team when the need arises due to COVID-19 social distancing etc.
  • Ready to jump in and lead the worship ministry right away.
  • Some experience and leadership qualities in leading worship and building teams in a local church environment, or able to do so at ease.
  • Skilled in Ableton, Protools and Multitrack suite of software (playback, rehearsal mix and more)
  • Displays a strong foundation of musical theory and history.
  • Gifted in many other areas or things not just worship, a strong team player and a faithful worker for Christ.
  • Strong administrative skills, able to answer phones, and pray for TV audience etc.
