Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized training for clients.
  • Effectively prepare and schedule training sessions, based on the client’s goals and ability.
  • Create a workout for clients for continued results.
  • Demonstrate exercise plans and techniques, monitor the client’s progress, and maintain client records.
  • Wear designated uniform at all times while training clients.
  • Keep all certifications current.
  • Be on time for all training sessions.
  • Be personally responsible for increasing client base.
  • Return all equipment used during training session to its original place.
  • Be aware of and promote fitness programs to members and clients.
  • Provide member fitness orientations.
  • Accurately submit timesheets by date and time due.

  • Ability to perform other duties and responsibilities as needed, required, or assigned.

Additional Information

Compensation starts at $25-40 per hour, based on experience and type of session. As an active Bender JCC employee, you will receive an individual membership to the Bender JCC, including complete access to the entire fitness facility, pools, and group exercise classes.
