Position Summary

Engage members at our in-store kiosk by guiding them through the Cicero web app to discover personalized charcuterie recommendations. Create memorable tasting experiences that drive product sales while introducing members to digital tools that enhance their shopping journey. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Greet members and invite them to explore the Cicero charcuterie recommendation app at the kiosk station.
  • Walk members through the app interface, helping them input preferences for occasions, flavor profiles, and needs.
  • Maintain an appealing, sanitary kiosk display with proper guidance and friendly fact disclosure.
  • Answer member questions about the technology and purpose.
  • Collect formal and informal feedback on the app experience to support ongoing improvements. 

Qualifications 

  • Previous retail, food service, or demonstration experience preferred.
  • Comfortable learning and explaining app-based tools to customers with varying tech familiarity.
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods. 

Schedule 

Weekend availability required. Shifts typically Friday - Thursday 11:00am-6:00pm during peak member traffic hours.
