Position Overview
The Part-Time Golf Course Guest Services Attendant is responsible for providing comprehensive customer service to golfers. The role includes cashier duties, golf cart preparation, golf ball collection, acting as the primary point of contact for golfers, ensuring overall facility cleanliness, and conducting inventory assessments.
Job Duties
• Provide excellent customer service while handling phone inquiries, scheduling tee times, greeting customers, addressing complaints, and preparing for tournaments.
• Perform cashier duties.
• Maintain and prepare golf carts for rental.
• Collect and clean driving range golf balls.
• Serve as the primary contact for golfers, able to provide golf lessons, coordinate tournaments, oversee and maintain the schedule for timely play.
• Clean and organize the pro shop, restrooms, and exterior clubhouse areas.
• Conduct inventory assessments of pro shop merchandise.
