Golf Course Maintenance Technician

Part-Time, 4 days per week


Join the team at Mariner Sands Golf Course, where we are dedicated to maintaining a pristine and enjoyable golfing environment. We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Maintenance Technician to support our grounds keeping team in delivering exceptional course conditions for our members and guests. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about golf course maintenance and outdoor work to contribute to a prestigious community.


Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and landscaping tasks to ensure the golf course remains in optimal condition

- Mow, trim, and edge greens, fairways, and roughs using appropriate equipment

- Blow Driving Range tee clean from debris and divots and fill divots as needed

- Operate and maintain grounds keeping equipment safely and efficiently

- Monitor course conditions and report any issues or hazards to management

- Support seasonal and special event preparations as needed


Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in golf course maintenance, landscaping, or grounds keeping preferred

- Knowledge of turf management, irrigation systems, and pesticide application

- Ability to operate and maintain grounds keeping equipment and tools

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work

- Physical stamina and ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
