Job description

Brown University Health has an opening for a board certified or eligible physiatrist with an interest in neurorehabilitation to join our growing, academically oriented Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department. This position is based in Providence, RI.
About the job:
  • In an outpatient setting you will focus on expansion of general, musculoskeletal, and neurorehabilitation services
  • Provide care on a lifelong basis, including related medical, physical, psychological, and vocational disabilities and complications
  • Champion the transdisciplinary approach, providing evidence-based and goal-directed care across all environments
  • Onsite dedicated therapists (PT, OT, SLP, Audiology and Aquatic)
  • Partner with education, social, and community services
  • Prefer proficiency in incorporating EMG/NCV (electro-diagnostics)
  • Leadership opportunities
