Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our members and guests, handling inquiries, promoting sales in our club Pro Shop, and ensuring a positive experience at our facility. 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Greet and assist members and guests with a professional attitude
  • Answer phone calls and address member inquiries efficiently
  • Maintain knowledge of fitness programs and group fitness classes
  • Assist in memberships, membership changes, renewals, and cancelations 
  • Provide solutions to enhance member satisfaction

Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent or currently a senior in High School.
  • CPR training within the first 6 months of hire date.
