Compensation: $45 - $52 per hour
Schedule: Every Friday
Nexus HR is looking for a skilled Aesthetic Injector with hands-on clinical experience in dermal filler treatments for a reputable medical aesthetics practice offering a supportive and professional clinical environment with flexible scheduling options
About the Job
The position requires strong knowledge of facial anatomy, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed medical professional who is passionate about aesthetics and staying current with modern injection techniques and industry best practices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform dermal filler injections independently (required).
  • Assess facial anatomy and develop customized, results-driven treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough patient consultations and set appropriate expectations.
  • Administer neurotoxins (Botox and similar products) and other aesthetic treatments as applicable.
  • Provide comprehensive pre- and post-treatment education.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Adhere to all Maryland state regulations, safety standards, and clinical protocols.
  • Collaborate with the supervising physician and medical team.
  • Stay current on advanced filler techniques, trends, and continuing education.

Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year, preferably 3 years of hands-on experience working in a clinic setting.
  • Active Maryland license as a Registered Nurse (required).
  • Hands-on experience performing dermal filler injections (required).
  • Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection techniques.
  • Confidence in treating patients independently with fillers.
  • Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
  • Experience with neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, etc.).
  • Experience with other aesthetic treatments.
  • Prior work in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting.
  • Advanced training or certification (Allergan, Galderma, AAFE, AMET, etc.).
