What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

As a Pharmacist on our team, you will deliver the "Mint Experience"-thoughtful, compassionate service and clinical care that puts patients first. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Patient Care & Clinical Services:Conduct clinical assessments, manage chronic and acute medication therapy, and provide comprehensive patient counseling.
  • Clinical Interventions:Administer injections and vaccines, adapt and renew prescriptions, and manage drug therapies to optimize patient health outcomes.
  • Dispensing & Quality Assurance:Oversee the accurate preparation, packaging, labeling, and dispensing of medications, ensuring strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration:Work closely with local physicians, clinics, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate seamless transitions of care.
  • Healthcare Education:Serve as a trusted drug information resource for patients, caregivers, and fellow healthcare professionals.


What You'll Bring (Requirements)

We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and compassionate professional who meets the following criteria:

  • Education:Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BScPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
  • Licensure:Active Pharmacist license (or immediate eligibility for licensure) with theCollege of Pharmacists of British Columbia (CPBC).
  • Injection Certification:Valid certification to administer injections in British Columbia.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency with pharmacy software (experience withKrollis highly preferred) and electronic health records.
  • Background Check:Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Search prior to employment.
  • Soft Skills:Strong clinical judgment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a collaborative team player mindset.
