Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Efficiently schedule appointments, manage patient check-ins, and monitor the office calendar.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing patient records.
• Accurately update patient information in our system using Eaglesoft software.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless patient flow and a positive patient experience.

Salary Range

Part-time $20 - $25 per hour

Salary based on Experience.
