The Joint Chiropractic is looking for a professional, motivated, and outgoing Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team in Stamford. As the first point of contact for our patients, you are the face of our clinic—ensuring every patient who walks through our door feels welcomed, informed, and supported on their journey to better health.
The Role
The Front Desk Sales Associate is responsible for driving the "vibe" and efficiency of the clinic. You aren’t just sitting behind a desk; you are a brand ambassador, a problem solver, and a key player in managing our patient community.
Your day-to-day will include:
  • Patient Experience: Greeting patients with a smile, managing the check-in/out process, and maintaining a clean, inviting clinic environment.
  • Sales & Education: Confidently explaining our subscription models and wellness packages to new patients to help them commit to long-term care.
  • Clinic Flow: Managing the "walk-in" traffic flow to ensure patients are seen efficiently by our Doctors of Chiropractic.
  • Administrative Excellence: Handling phone inquiries, managing patient records with high attention to detail, and processing payments accurately.
  • Community Connections: Owning our clinic Social Media accounts and occasionally participating in local events to promote the benefits of routine chiropractic care at The Joint.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Communication Skills: You can talk to anyone! You are persuasive, empathetic, and professional.
  • Sales Aptitude: You aren’t afraid to "ask for the sale" because you believe in the value of the service we provide.

Schedule
