Job description

Lightwell Hotel + Spa is seeking friendly and professional Front Desk Agents to join our new team in Hood River, OR. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, checking guests in and out of the hotel, answering phone calls and inquiries, and assisting with any other guest needs as required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a positive attitude.

Full-time and Part-time available, All Shifts (24/7 Desk)
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
  • Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
  • Uphold the standards of hospitality and company procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Work all scheduled shifts - Must be able to work weekends
  • Willing to cross-train with other departments
  • Assist with other duties as needed
Requirements:
