The Archway is seeking a Part-Time Bilingual Client Advocate.    
   

This position is responsible for assisting our shelter residents with daily living needs and providing general support to ensure the safety of residents, staff, and the building with minimal direct supervision.
 
This position has significant responsibilities in line with assisting shelter residents with daily living needs, providing general support and shelter coverage, conducting intake assessments, resident orientations, maintaining and updating the client database, preparing rooms for new residents, and conducting safety checks.

The specific qualifications for this role are:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, sociology preferred or six months of experience working in a residential facility, shelter, or similar environment.         
  • Bilingual in Spanish Required.
