Job description

Motus Freight is seeking a dedicated, organized, and team-oriented professional to join us as an Account Operator. In this role, you'll provide essential support to our Sales Executives/Freight Brokers, ensuring smooth operations and strong relationships with both carriers and customers. This opportunity is part-time with hybrid/remote opportunity. Saturday, Sunday, Mondays after training period.
Your responsibilities will include managing daily freight shipments, coordinating pickups and deliveries, and proactively communicating any issues throughout the load lifecycle. If you're an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Ideal candidate has a minimum 6 months of logistics experience or an internship/co-op opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Negotiate rates with carriers
• Find carriers and book freight brokers' shipments
• Dispatching drivers for on time pickup of loads
• Building loads in Turvo TMS
• Schedule and track and customer shipments to ensure superior customer service
• Develop expert knowledge of Turvo and Turvo Driver App
• Communicate with MA to ensure superior customer service
• Resolve any carrier issues or concerns
• Establish close relationships with carriers and continue to develop those relationships
• Assist MA on growing account and meeting weekly brokerage revenue goals
Candidate must live in the NKY/Cincinnati area. Opportunity for hybrid/remote after training period. (3) 8 hour shifts Saturday, Sunday, Monday
