Job description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Part-Time Attorney to join our growing law practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in criminal law, family law, and/or personal injury litigation and be comfortable handling client communications and court appearances.

Responsibilities:

  • Cover virtual court hearings via Zoom
  • Communicate with clients regarding case status, strategy, and next steps
  • Conduct legal research
  • Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents
  • Provide limited in-person court coverage as needed
  • Assist with case management and other litigation-related tasks

Qualifications:

  • Active license to practice law in Arizona (or ability to appear in Arizona courts, if applicable)
  • Experience in criminal defense, family law, personal injury, or a combination thereof
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Excellent communication and client service abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
  • Familiarity with Zoom court proceedings and electronic filing systems preferred
