Part Time Footwear Sales Rep Jobs (NOW HIRING)

We're looking for a part-time Footwear Sales Associate to join the team at the VIONIC Store Milwaukee in Brookfield, WI. If you enjoy helping people feel better, move more comfortably, and leave stronger than they arrived, this is a role where you'll thrive.

This position is all about one-on-one customer connection. You'll guide customers through personalized fit experiences, introduce them to VIONIC's comfort technology, and help them find footwear that supports their everyday life. Because many shifts are staffed by a single associate, you'll have the opportunity to independently manage the store, build lasting customer relationships, and take pride in creating an exceptional shopping experience. You'll be a friendly, attentive presence on the sales floor. Your day-to-day work will include:

• Welcoming customers and creating a relaxed, supportive in-store experience
• Measuring for proper fit and guiding customers through personalized sit-and-fit consultations
• Recommending footwear that provides comfort, support, and confidence
• Supporting customers seeking relief from foot discomfort or improved everyday comfort

You don't need to be a foot expert on day one-we'll train you. What matters most is your ability to listen, care, and create a great experience for every customer.

You'll help customers understand why VIONIC footwear makes a difference by:

• Learning and explaining VIONIC's VIO MOTION™ technology in clear, approachable terms
• Staying familiar with new styles, seasonal collections, and best sellers
• Sharing rewards and loyalty program benefits that enhance the customer experience

This is a role for someone who enjoys working independently while providing outstanding customer service. During many shifts, you'll be the primary team member in the store, giving you the opportunity to take ownership of the customer experience from start to finish.

You'll also:

• Keep the sales floor organized, welcoming, and well-stocked
• Handle opening or closing responsibilities as scheduled
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, and other daily store tasks
• Take pride in maintaining a clean, inviting shopping environment

• $12/hour base pay PLUS commission
• Part-time: approximately 16–28 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling with a mix of weekdays, evenings, and weekends

Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required-we're happy to train the right person.
